Welcome to Best Chem Supplies (“BCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Best Chem Supplies

Best Chem Supplies delivers laboratory-grade reagents, solvents, and specialty chemicals with military precision. Since 2016, we have served 850+ organizations with a catalog of 12,000+ verified SKUs, each backed by full traceability documentation, batch certificates, and stability data sheets. We are ISO Certified, FDA Registered, and cGMP Compliant.

2. Eligibility & Qualified Sourcing

Our products are intended for qualified research and industrial customers who demand precision. By purchasing from BCS, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You will use our products only for lawful research, industrial, or analytical purposes in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You possess the necessary licenses, permits, and authorizations required to purchase, possess, and use the chemicals and equipment ordered.
  • You will not use our products for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to the manufacture of controlled substances or explosives.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we suspect misuse or regulatory non-compliance.

3. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We strive for 98% on-time fulfillment, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Custom synthesis, bulk orders, and specialty chemicals may require additional lead time and separate quotations.

Every request undergoes multi-point validation. We qualify the source, audit inventory in real-time, and cross-check regulatory compliance before confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been verified and cleared.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to 40+ countries with full customs documentation, hazmat certifications, and temperature-controlled logistics chains. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of chemical products, returns are limited. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed conditions. In general:

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Unopened, non-hazardous items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee.
  • Custom orders, opened chemicals, and temperature-sensitive products are non-returnable.

7. Product Documentation & Quality

Every batch is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheet (SDS), and traceability documentation where applicable. Products are sourced from ISO-certified manufacturers and verified for purity, identity, and compliance. BCS makes no warranties beyond those expressly provided with each product and disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Chem Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Best Chem Supplies or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
